Horsted Health Club
One organisation that has taken up The Skills Partnership partnership offer is the Horsted Health Club. The Club is part of the East Sussex National Golf Resort and provides a luxury health club and spa service with some of the best facilities available in the country. The first learners commencing programmes are members of the Health Club undertaking Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships in Leisure Management and Exercise and Fitness. |

The Apprenticeship programmes include the industry required technical certificates awarded by CYQ (Central YMCA Qualifications) and include the Personal Trainer award and the club has been lucky enough to access government funding support for its learners.
Manager Patrick Randall says, "We pride ourselves on providing the best development opportunities for our staff and the programmes available fit our needs. The flexibility of delivery also means that the training fits in with staff working patterns."
