The Skills Partnership is currently helping many employers and employees from the Leisure Industry and Service Sector to achieve more by working in partnership. A partnership with us is about receiving a quality learning experience that is both supportive and flexible in its approach. Above all it enables individuals to achieve their true development potential. We are a Learning and Skills Council approved national training provider delivering vocational work-based learning Apprenticeships, NVQs and professional qualifications in the Leisure Industry and Service Sector. |

We understand that delivering training and assessment is not the core business of our partner employers and we aim to support the development of those businesses and their employees by:
- Providing comprehensive skills analysis
- Referring employees to suitable industry recognised training programmes
- Providing flexible support to fit the delivery of courses around employee working patterns
- Finding and accessing funding for the delivery of courses
- Reviewing the needs of each business and its employees ongoing training and progression needs
